For over 20 years, Michelle has been dedicated to helping individuals heal and become the best version of themselves.  She has a bachelors degree in Psychology and a Master's in Social Work. By working with Michelle, you have an experienced guide to help you get unstuck. She has done extensive additional training in trauma and addiction recovery to help you build the best skills possible to create the life you want to have. 

Sessions are only available virtually through secure video chat in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Idaho and Utah.

Private Pay fee: $200 per 50 minute session

Out of network superbills provided.
